NEXT UP – DER BERG RUFT | ALPINE EDITION
As skiing holidays come to an end, we invite you to one last alpine-inspired gathering around the table. This 5th Vinoevida Alpine Edition is a tribute to mountain cuisine: the kind of comforting, hearty food we crave after days spent in the cold and fresh air. Our four-course menu celebrates classic alpine flavors and winter ingredients, reimagined with a Vinoevida touch. Expect handmade knödel, rich sauces and slow-cooked dishes designed to warm and nourish. Honest food and plates meant to be shared and enjoyed in company.
Join us for an evening that gently closes the winter season: cozy, convivial and centered around good food and great company. A night of thoughtful pairings, lively conversation and the simple pleasure of coming together, once the skis are stored away. Four courses with drink pairings – home-made, as always.

THE BITTER-SWEET TASTE OF ITALY – FEB 2025
Let us transport you to the lively streets of Italy as we celebrate one of the most iconic cocktails of all time — the Negroni. Bold, elegant, and undeniably complex, this classic drink, with its harmonious blend of bitter Campari, aromatic gin, and sweet vermouth, has inspired our entire evening. This edition is even more special as we are thrilled to welcome our dear friends – Yann and Nicole – as guest chefs for the night. Passionate foodies, wine connoisseurs, and talented home cooks, they are not just skilled in the kitchen but bring an infectious love for culinary adventures to every dish they create. With their refined taste and a knack for making everyone feel right at home, we couldn’t imagine better partners for this evening. Join us for an immersive dining experience, where each of the four courses will play on the characteristic bitterness, zest, and sweetness of the Negroni.

A Monochrome DinnER – DECEMBER 2024
As winter approaches and the first snow has already arrived, our Whiteout Supper Edition invited to savor the refined elegance of the season. An evening featuring a carefully curated menu of black and white dishes, showcasing the purity and sophistication of winter flavours. From charcoal-black bread to delicate snow-white soups and more, each course cooked to embody the essence of a monochromatic winter.
Seven guests dressed in their finest black-and-white outfits joined us for a night of culinary artistry and engaging conversations among friends and strangers as we celebrate winter’s charm in style. Served were four courses with drink pairing.

SUNDAY BrunCh – AUGUST 2025
For those guests that are more of brunch than dinner lovers this was the perfect Vinoevida edition. Of course, as Alan insists, it was a boozy, happy brunch.
When we think of Sunday brunch we think of a relaxed morning filled with laughter, delicious food and the joy of togetherness. The inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and warm bread straight from the oven fills the air.
An opportunity to connect with fellow food lovers over a menu that blends our favorite brunch classics with creative twists. Bubbles and mimosas, served by your thoughtful host, adding a sparkle to our conversations.
Let’s feast – SePTEMBER 2024
Everyone has their favorite season of the year. For Alan, it’s definitely autumn. Temperatures are dropping, it’s getting chilly again, but the sun might still grace us with its presence as we combine light jackets with sunglasses. You might disagree with him, but when it comes to the food this season has to offer, it’s certainly a very exciting culinary time. Harvest is abundant and flavorful, offering a great variety of fresh produce like pumpkins, apples, and root vegetables at their peak, along with fresh venison. Seasonal spices like sage or nutmeg and our beloved truffle add depth to our meal. What could be a better topic for our first Vinoevida supper club edition?
